Aspire Academy

We are over here in Sangavi at number 458. People usually call this Aspire Academy. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have going. Most days it gets quite noisy when the students start showing up after their regular school hours. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors know us well enough. Some people find the stairs a bit much but it’s just how the building is. Inside, there are chairs and tables everywhere because we try to fit everyone who needs a place to study. It isn't anything fancy like those big centers downtown. We just have some whiteboards and a few fans that hum along while we work. Sometimes the electricity acts up in the afternoons, but we just open the windows and keep moving. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking schedules to make sure everyone knows which room to go to. Most of us who work here live nearby, so we walk or take a quick scooty ride in. You’ll usually find someone at the front desk shuffling papers or trying to fix a stapler that jammed again. We don’t spend much time decorating because we are usually too busy with the actual classes. It’s just a regular place where people come to learn and we do our part to keep things running. It gets dusty being near the main road, but that’s just life in Sangavi. We usually keep some spare pens and notebooks in the cupboard for the kids who forget theirs.
