Ashirwad Clinic

We are located in the Rohan Complex on Kumthekar Road, right in the heart of Sadashiv Peth. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets. We are actually situated above Damini Tailors. You have to walk up the stairs, which are a bit steep and narrow, but once you get up here, the clinic opens up. Being in Sadashiv Peth means we are surrounded by history and the constant hum of Pune life. You can hear the bells from the nearby temples and the sound of scooters honking on Kumthekar Road all day long. The clinic itself is a bit older, with wooden cabinets and a floor that’s been walked on by thousands of patients over the years. We don't have a lot of space, so we have to be organized. My desk is usually a mess of papers and stethoscopes, but I know where everything is. We see a lot of elderly folks from the Peth area who have been coming to us since we first opened. They usually bring us news from the neighborhood or sometimes even some snacks. It’s a very traditional atmosphere here. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy logos. We just focus on the people who climb those stairs to see us. It’s a tight-knit community, and we are glad to be a small part of it.
