Arvind Metals & Minerals Pvt. Ltd. is based at C-3/9 in the Midc area of Ranjan Gaon. This is a large industrial district, and we have had our facility here for quite some time. We deal with metals and minerals, so our daily life involves a lot of heavy lifting and moving raw materials around. The Midc in Ranjan Gaon is a place where real work happens, and we fit right in with our neighbors. Our site at C-3/9 is big and functional, designed more for utility than for looks. It can get a bit dusty and the sun can be quite strong out here, but that is just the way it is in this part of the country. Fancy front offices or teams of salespeople aren't what we are about. We are mostly focused on our inventory and making sure our operations run smoothly. The people who work here have been with us for a while and they know the business inside and out. We don’t use any corporate jargon or try to act like we are bigger than we are. We are just a local company doing our part in the industrial chain. Most of our days are spent on the floor or managing the trucks that come and go. It is a straightforward business, and we take pride in just doing a solid day’s work at the Midc.
