Our office is Unit No. 403 on the 4th Floor of the Sai Capital Building. We are right across the street from the Hotel Marriott on Senapati Bapat Road. It’s a very busy part of Pune, and there’s always something going on outside. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the traffic, which is usually backed up during the evenings. Imerys Minerals India Pvt. Ltd. has been based here for a while now. The building is quite professional, but inside our unit, we try to keep things a bit more relaxed. We have a lot of paperwork and technical details to manage every day, so it helps to have a calm environment. We don't really go in for the whole corporate polish if we can avoid it. Most of us are just regular people who want to get through the work day and do a decent job. We spend a lot of time in meetings or on the phone, tucked away in our corner of the Sai Capital Building. It’s a convenient spot because it’s easy to give directions to anyone coming to visit. You just tell them to look for the Marriott and we’re right there. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall; we just have our tasks and our team. We focus on staying organized and making sure everything is handled the right way before we leave for the day.
