Armatech Associates

Armatech Associates is tucked away in the Bhosari Industrial Estate, over near Gajanan Nagar and the Kalewadi Phata. Our spot is W-174/A. It’s an area full of workshops and the smell of cutting oil and metal shavings. I’ve been working here for a long time, and the building has seen better days, but the equipment inside is what matters. We do a lot of fabrication and assembly work. It’s the kind of place where you wear heavy boots and keep your sleeves rolled up. The noise from the grinders can get pretty loud, so we usually have to shout to be heard over the machinery. We deal with a lot of blueprints that are stained with coffee or grease. It’s not a glamorous job, but there is a certain satisfaction in making a part fit exactly where it’s supposed to go. Our neighbors are all doing similar things, so there is always a truck blocking the lane or someone asking to borrow a specific wrench. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you’ll likely find us on the shop floor near the back. We take our breaks on the small stools near the entrance. The work is steady and it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down. It is just a regular engineering unit doing its part in the industrial zone. We handle each order as it comes, making sure the metal is cut right.
