You can find us at Arihant Marble & Granites, located at 200, Mangalwar Peth. We are right opposite the Vajan Kata, which is a big weight scale that everyone around here knows. It’s a very handy landmark for anyone trying to find us for the first time. Mangalwar Peth is a lively neighborhood with a lot of history, and we feel like we are a part of that fabric now. Our shop is filled with marble and granite pieces that we’ve collected and sorted. We spend a lot of time outside on the sidewalk or in the small yard, especially when we’re loading up stone for a delivery. The traffic near the Vajan Kata can get a bit congested, but that’s just part of life in this area. We don’t have a polished, corporate look. Our hands are usually a bit dusty from the stone, and the floor is always covered in a bit of grit. That is just how a marble shop looks. We take things as they come and try to keep a good variety of stones available. Whether it is a small piece of marble or a large granite slab, we handle it all with the same simple approach. It is a local business through and through, and we’re happy to be operating out of number 200. If you’re passing the Vajan Kata, you’ll see our sign and the stacks of stone waiting there in the sun.
