We have a lot of parts lying around the shop floor and some setups for teaching how these hydraulic systems actually function. It's not the easiest stuff to learn, so we try to keep things practical. The area around Narhe has changed a lot since we first started, getting more crowded every year. Our building is simple. We don't have a big reception area or shiny furniture. Most of the space is taken up by pumps, valves, and workbenches. The light in the morning is pretty good through the front windows, which helps when we're looking at small components. We’ve had students and technicians come through here for years. Some stay for a while, others just need a quick look at a specific setup. We keep a stash of old manuals in the back that we still use quite a bit. It’s quiet work for the most part, unless we’re testing a pressure line. Then it gets a bit noisy. We stay busy with the local needs and the training side of things. It keeps the days from getting boring.
