Anitaz Beauty Parlour Training Center

Anitaz Beauty Parlour Training Center is located out in the Hadapsar Industrial Estate 6. It’s an interesting place to be because there are so many factories and workshops around us. My place is a bit different because instead of making parts or machines, I teach young women how to do beauty work. I’ve been doing hair and makeup for a long time and decided it was better to pass on those skills. We have a few stations set up where students can practice on each other or on mannequins. It’s a bit noisy outside with the trucks and the industrial sounds, but inside we focus on the work. I tell my students that they need to be patient. Learning how to thread a brow or cut hair straight takes a lot of practice and many mistakes. We spend hours going over the basics. I don't have a big fancy office; I'm usually right there on the floor with them, showing them how to hold the thread or the scissors. Some of the girls come from quite far away to learn here. It makes me happy when they finally get it right and can start their own small shops. The space is functional and has everything we need to learn. It’s hard work and the days are long, but seeing someone learn a trade is worth it. We don't do anything flashy, we just focus on the skills needed to get a job or open a parlor.
