Anc Clinic

We are located over at Shop No. 13 in Vishrantwadi, which is right near the Gurudwara. If you are from around here, you probably know the spot because it’s a busy little corner. We have been running this clinic for a while now and it’s become a regular part of our daily lives. Every morning we come in, pull up the shutters, and start getting things ready for the day. It’s not a very big place, just a simple room with some chairs for waiting and the basic stuff we need to see patients. The walls are a plain color and we don’t have any fancy art or anything like that hanging up. We think it’s better to keep things practical. The neighborhood is usually quite noisy with all the traffic going towards the Gurudwara, but we’ve grown fond of the sound. It makes us feel like we are right in the middle of everything. We see a lot of the same people every week, mostly locals who live in the nearby apartments or houses. We know their names and their families by now. Sometimes someone will stop in just to say hello or ask a quick question while they are out buying groceries. We don’t have a big staff, just a couple of us doing the work. It’s a quiet life in a way, even with the city noise outside. We just try to do a decent job and help out when someone isn't feeling well.
