Solutions Box

We set up Solutions Box on Anadi Road in Dighi because we saw people needed help with tech stuff around here. It isn't a fancy office or anything, just a small spot where we handle things that come our way. Most days it’s just us figuring out how to fix problems that people bring through the door. Some days are busier than others. We don't have a big team, so you usually talk to the same one or two people every time you stop by. It’s quiet enough on Anadi Road most of the time, which helps us focus. We’ve been here for a while now and know the neighbors pretty well. There’s no huge corporate plan behind what we do. We just open up in the morning and see what needs doing. Sometimes the internet is slow or the coffee runs out, but we get through the work. If you’re walking down the road, you’ll see our sign. It’s a basic setup, really. We try to keep things straightforward and don't use a lot of jargon when we talk to folks. It’s just how we prefer to run things. We’ve got some tools, a few desks, and enough space to work. People seem to appreciate that we don't try to overcomplicate the small stuff. It’s just us working out of Dighi, trying to keep the lights on and help out where we can. We're usually around from Monday to Saturday.
