Our place is located in Kasba Peth, which is one of the oldest and most traditional parts of Pune. Being in such a historic area gives the business a bit of a different feel compared to the new industrial zones outside the city. Even though our name sounds a bit formal, we are just a regular group of people working in a shop that follows certain quality standards. We’ve spent a lot of time getting our processes right so that we don’t make mistakes and things run smoothly. The building itself isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but inside we stay very busy with our daily production and assembly tasks. We have to keep a lot of records and follow specific steps, which is why the ISO part is in the name. It helps keep us organized. The streets around Kasba Peth are quite narrow, so getting materials in and out can be a bit of a challenge sometimes, but we’ve lived and worked here long enough to know the tricks. We have a small team, and most of us have been here for many years. We don’t really go in for fancy advertising or marketing. Most of our work comes from people who know that we stick to our methods and get the job done correctly. It’s a quiet, steady kind of business where we focus on the work on our benches and make sure the paperwork is filed away properly at the end.
