We have been in this office for a bit now. It is a standard room with some desks, computers, and a whole lot of project files stacked up. We deal with ready-mix concrete and various infrastructure projects, so there is always something to keep us busy during the day. Being at Survey Number 43 puts us in a good spot to reach different parts of the city without too much trouble. The building itself is always busy, with other small businesses around us. We are not into the whole corporate image thing. Our office looks like a place where work actually happens. There might be some dust on the shelves and the tea cups are not always put away immediately. We just focus on the logistics and making sure our projects stay on track. Most of our staff are local folks who know Pune inside out. We do not make big speeches or use a lot of flowery language. We just show up at Nav Maharashtra House and do what needs to be done. It is a practical way to run things. We like the reality of Shaniwar Peth.
