You can find Allana College Of Pharmacy over on K B Hidayatullah Road in the Camp area of Pune. We have been around for quite a few years now, sitting in a part of the city that is always bustling with people and traffic. Being a pharmacy college, we have a lot of labs filled with glassware and equipment that the students have to use for their practicals. It’s a lot of work to keep everything maintained and the chemicals stocked up properly for each class. The building has that old Pune feel to it, with thick walls and high ceilings that help keep things a bit cooler during the hot months. Most of the people working here have spent their whole careers in the field of medicine or teaching. We don't spend much time on fancy advertisements. Instead, we spend our time making sure the students actually understand the chemistry and the biology behind the medicine they are studying. The library is usually the quietest place in the whole building, packed with students cramming before their big exams. We have a small canteen where everyone goes for tea and snacks in between the lectures. It is a straightforward place where people come to get their degrees and move into the healthcare world. We just try to keep the standards steady and make sure the labs are ready for the next batch of students every morning. It is a busy place but we keep things moving along well enough.
