We are based out of Akurdi. Tech Mainstay Software Pvt. Ltd. isn't some massive corporation with a glass skyscraper. We operate from a modest office space here in the local area. It’s mostly just a group of us sitting at our laptops. The building is pretty standard for Akurdi. We chose this spot because it’s easy for everyone to get to. The office is usually quiet, save for the sound of typing and the occasional fan hum. We don’t have a ping-pong table or a fancy cafeteria. Most of us just bring lunch from home and eat at our desks while talking about whatever is on the news. We’ve been working on software projects for a while now. Some are big and some are small. We just take them as they come. It’s a bit of a mixed bag. The walls are mostly bare except for some whiteboards covered in scribbles that only we understand. We don’t really follow a strict corporate dress code. Most days it’s just jeans and shirts. It feels more relaxed that way. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but we try to keep regular hours. We’ve grown a bit since we started, adding a few more desks here and there. It’s a steady pace of life. We like the local vibe of Akurdi. It’s got everything we need close by. We’re just a software company doing our bit in our own corner of the city.
