Akar Skilltech India Private Limited is situated over in Nigdi, specifically in Samir Society. We are in Building 37, Flat Number 2, which is part of the Sector 21 area in Yamunanagar. It is a residential neighborhood, so it feels very grounded and local. We aren't in one of those glass towers you see in the city center. We prefer being here in Nigdi because it is where we live and know people. The office is basically a converted flat where we have set up our workstations. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is there at the same time, but we make it work. We have been here for a while now, navigating the ins and outs of the skill-tech world. It isn't always easy, and some days are definitely longer than others. We don't have a lot of corporate polish. You might see a stray cat outside the society gate or hear kids playing in the sector while we are on calls. That’s just how it is. Our team is small, and we handle everything from the basic admin tasks to the technical stuff ourselves. We chose this location because it is convenient for us. There is a small shop nearby where we get tea in the afternoons. It is a simple life and a simple business. We aren't making grand claims; we are just showing up every day to do the work we signed up for.
