Airvent Projects Pvt. Ltd. is based in Flat No. 5, Plot No. 5-28, in the Ideal Colony area. We are right on Paud Road in Kothrud. It’s more of a residential and small-business neighborhood than a heavy industrial zone. Because we are in a flat, it feels a lot more personal than a big factory. We use the space for our planning, meetings, and all the paperwork that comes with air ventilation projects. Most of the time, our staff is out at different sites, so the office can be quite empty or very crowded depending on the day. We’ve got desks covered in blueprints and site photos. Kothrud is a nice part of Pune to be in because everything is close by. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby area. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us drinking tea and looking over a project schedule. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s a simple, low-key operation. We handle the vents, the fans, and all the ducting work. There aren't any big speeches or corporate slogans here. We just try to get the designs right and make sure the installations go as they should. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like the quiet of the colony compared to the noise of the main road. It’s just our daily life on Paud Road where we keep busy with the next project.
