You can find us at Manik Baugh on Sinhgad Road in Pune. Adstort Media Pvt. Ltd. is basically just a group of us working in a modest office space. Sinhgad Road is always packed with vehicles, so there’s a constant hum of traffic in the background while we work. We have a few computers and some old desks that have seen better days. It’s not a fancy media house with bean bags or expensive coffee machines. We mostly spend our time staring at screens and trying to figure out how to get things done for our clients. There are days when the internet acts up or we are rushing to finish something before the day ends. We take our tea breaks at the small stall downstairs, which is where most of our brainstorming actually happens. It’s a very normal office environment. We have papers stuck to the walls and wires running along the floor. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just a small company in Pune trying to do a good job with the projects we get. It can get pretty stressful when deadlines are close, but we manage to get through it together. It’s just us, working away in the middle of the city noise. We’ve been here for a while and the neighborhood feels like home now.
