Ador Welding Limited

Ador Welding Limited is based out of P.B. No. 2 in Chinchwad. This area has always been an industrial heart for us. It’s not a fancy place with a lot of decorations. It’s a place of work. We have a lot of space, but it’s mostly filled with equipment and supplies. The air smells like metal and work. We’ve been here in Chinchwad for a long time, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Many people who work here have been with us for decades. We start early in the morning, and the floor gets busy almost immediately. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and technical tasks. We don't spend much time on fancy emails or marketing meetings. We mostly talk about the jobs that need to be finished. The canteen is where most of us catch up during lunch. The food is basic but filling. In the afternoons, it can get quite warm in the plant area, but that's just part of the job. We have our own ways of doing things that have worked for us for years. It’s a grounded environment. No one wears suits here; it’s mostly work clothes and boots. We focus on the daily output and making sure everything is handled correctly.
