This hospital is located out in Thergaon, Chinchwad, which is part of the larger Pune area. The specific spot is on Survey 31. It’s a big place, as you can imagine for Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital. We’ve got a lot of floors and hallways that seem to go on forever. Even though it's a hospital, the people working here are just regular folks from around Maharashtra. It’s always busy. There’s a constant sound of trolleys moving and people talking in the corridors. We don't have time for much else besides the tasks at hand. The building itself is quite sturdy and stands out in the neighborhood. We see a lot of people coming and going every single day from all over. It’s not like a quiet office; it’s more of a living thing that never really sleeps. Some of us have been here since the doors first opened. We know every corner and which elevators are the fastest. Outside, the traffic in Chinchwad can be a bit much, but once you're inside, it’s a different world. We just focus on keeping things clean and making sure everyone finds where they need to go. There’s no marketing talk here. It’s just about the day-to-day reality of running a large medical facility. We eat our meals quickly and get back to it. It’s a lot of hard work, but it’s what we do at this address.
