We’re located in Bhosari, which is an industrial and residential area in Pune. Being in Maharashtra, especially in a place like Bhosari, means we are surrounded by a lot of other businesses and workshops. Our Adidas office here is pretty grounded. We don't have a big fancy skyscraper. It’s a practical building that works for our needs. Pune is a city that’s always growing, but Bhosari has its own steady pace. We spend our days handling the logistics and the paperwork that comes with the job. It’s not always glamorous, but it’s real work. We don’t have a corporate script when we talk to people. We just say things as they are. The office is usually a bit messy with papers and samples, but we know where everything is. We have a small group of staff who have been with us for a while. We know each other’s names and we help out when things get busy. The weather in Pune is usually okay, though it gets really rainy sometimes and we have to watch the windows.
