We have been here in Pimpri for a while now, specifically in Prem Angan Wing B. It's just a regular office where we handle training and help people find jobs. The career development side of things takes up most of our time during the week. Most of the work involves talking to people about what skills they actually have versus what companies are asking for these days. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls, honestly. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking for openings. The neighborhood is busy, especially around Udyam Nagar. If you are looking for the place, it is easier to just find the wing first. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who know the local job market. It's practical work. We don't promise miracles, just help with the steps. Most people just want a steady job and that is what we focus on helping them get. We've seen a lot of folks come through these doors and move on to better things.
