Adarsh Academy

Adarsh Academy is located in the Hadapsar area. It’s a growing part of the city, and we’ve been here for some time now. We aren't a huge institution with multiple buildings; we just have our space in Hadapsar where we focus on teaching. The rooms are simple with benches and boards, the kind of place where you can actually concentrate. We don't have a lot of fancy gadgets because they often just get in the way of actual learning. It’s more about the interaction between the students and us. Hadapsar is quite a bustling place these days, with a lot of traffic and new buildings going up everywhere. But once you step inside, things quiet down a bit. We keep a regular schedule, and the students seem to like the routine. We aren't trying to be the biggest academy out there. We just want to make sure the people who come to us get what they need. It’s a small operation, run by people who live nearby. We walk to work or take a short rickshaw ride. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a group of us trying to pass on some knowledge to the kids. Sometimes the classroom gets a bit cramped when a full group shows up, but we make it work. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we enjoy being in Hadapsar. We just do our work and go home to our families in the evening.
