Acron Automation Engineers Private Limited operates out of unit number 2 in the Ingawala Patil Complex on Paud Road. We’re tucked away in the Bhugaon area. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the traffic heading out of the city. The complex itself is always full of people and different businesses. Our office is a straightforward engineering space. We don't have any big signs or flashy decor. It’s mostly just us, our computers, and whatever automation project we’re currently putting together on the workbench. Engineering involves a lot of sitting around and figuring out problems, so it can be quiet one minute and then very loud the next when we test things. We’ve seen Bhugaon change quite a bit over the years. It used to be much quieter, but now it’s bustling. We like the location though. It’s easy for people to find us once they get into the complex. Our team is small, and we all know each other well. There isn't much hierarchy here. Whoever is free answers the phone or helps with a shipment. We don't have a big corporate handbook. We just come in, do the work, and head home. It’s a simple setup for a group of engineers who just want to focus on the technical side of things. Sometimes we stay late when a project is tricky, but that’s just how the job goes for us here. We usually close up shop once the light starts to fade.
