Our office is in the Vishal Leela Apartment building, specifically unit A-1405. We are right in Kharadi, which has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings popping up. A good landmark is the Reliance Mart across the way; it’s usually how we tell people to find us in Sant Tukaram Nagar. Working out of an apartment building is a bit different than a big glass office, but it’s comfortable for us. We have our desks set up near the windows. From up here on the fourteenth floor, you can see quite a bit of the neighborhood. It’s mostly just us handling service requests and paperwork all day. The hallway gets a bit quiet during the middle of the day. We usually take turns going out for lunch or just eating at our desks if things are busy. It’s a simple setup with a few computers and some filing cabinets. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the papers pile up when we have a lot of jobs going at once. Kharadi is a busy area, but once you get inside the apartment complex, it’s much calmer. We’ve been in this spot for some time now and it feels like home to the staff. We don’t have any big signs out front, just the number on the door. It’s just where we do our daily work and manage the schedules.
