7 Chords Music Arts Academy

Our music academy is tucked away in Aundh on Sv Road 2 near Goras Wadi. It’s a lively little place because there is almost always someone practicing an instrument or singing. We have been here for a while now and we’ve seen all sorts of people come through our doors to learn music. From kids who are just picking up a guitar for the first time to older people who want to finally learn the piano it’s a real mix. We don't have a big stage or anything like that. It’s just a few rooms where we sit down and go through the chords and the notes. The name 7 Chords comes from the basics of what we teach but we do a lot more than that. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed and we don't put too much pressure on anyone. Music should be something you enjoy after all. Aundh is a great neighborhood and being on Sv Road 2 makes it easy for students to drop in after school or work. We often have instruments lying around and the sound of different lessons overlapping in the hallway. It’s not a silent office environment by any means. We just focus on the lessons and helping people get better at whatever they are playing. It’s a simple way to spend the day and we like being part of the local arts scene here with the guitars and the drums.
