We are located on Exchange Road in the Dangarpora area of Pulwama, which is part of the broader Srinagar and Pulwama region here in Jammu & Kashmir. Romush Technologies Private Limited is our small tech company, and we have been working from this location for a while now. The office is right on the road, so we see a lot of the local traffic and people passing by throughout the day. The building itself is quite plain, and we have kept the inside simple too. We have a few desks pushed against the walls and a lot of monitors that stay on for most of the day. Working in Pulwama has its own rhythm, and we have learned to go with the flow of the local area. Sometimes things are busy and loud, and other times it is quite still. We handle various technology tasks, mostly just sitting and typing or checking code. There is no big HR department or fancy break room here. We just have a small corner where we keep the kettle and some biscuits. The team is small, and we all have to do a bit of everything to keep things moving. We aren't interested in sounding like a huge corporation because we aren't one.
