Our place is at number 9 in A.M.A. Nagar, and if you’re looking for Nizam Food Products, you’ll find us right there in the middle of the daily grind. It’s a busy little area, and we fit right in with the noise and the constant activity. Inside, things are always moving. We handle a variety of food products, so the smells change depending on what we’re working on that day. Sometimes it’s spices, other times it’s something sweeter. We don’t have a lot of space for extra stuff, so every square inch of the shop is used for storage or production. The staff here are mostly locals, and we’ve all learned to work around each other in the tight quarters. We don’t put on any acts for visitors. What you see is exactly how we work every day—hairnets, aprons, and a lot of focus on the batches. It gets hot near the equipment, but we’re used to it by now. The paperwork usually piles up on the small desk in the corner, and we deal with it when we can. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation; we just want to make sure the food we send out is something we’d eat ourselves. It’s a lot of long hours and repetitive tasks, but there’s a certain rhythm to it that feels right. We just keep our heads down and get the orders ready for the next day's delivery.
