Mount Zion Matriculation Higher Secondary School is located at No 2 in Pudukkottai, zip code 622001. We’ve been here in this part of town for quite some time. The building is a familiar sight to most people living around here. It’s a solid structure that has held up through plenty of rainy seasons. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of classrooms and a small administrative area. We don't have a lot of extra space, so we use every corner we have. The staff room is always a bit crowded with books and papers. We mostly talk about the weather or what’s for lunch when we aren't working. It’s a very down-to-earth kind of place. We don't have any big corporate slogans or fancy signs. Most of our equipment is old but still works fine. We spend our days making sure the students are where they need to be and that the lessons get taught. It’s not always easy, especially when it’s humid out, but we get through it. We like being part of the Pudukkottai community. You see the same faces every day, which is nice. We aren't looking to expand into some giant entity. We just want to keep things running smoothly for the families who rely on us. It’s a simple job, and we take it one day at a time.
