Merakis Myco Labs Llp

We are set up in a place called Arimalam, which is part of the Tirumayam area in Pudukkottai. Our lab is basically run through the care of Santhi Murugesan. Merakis Myco Labs Llp is all about mushrooms and fungi, which is a bit different from the usual farming you see around here. It is a lot of science and a lot of waiting for things to grow in the dark. We do not have a big shiny lab like you see on TV. It is a practical space where we do our research and try to produce quality cultures. The local weather in Tamil Nadu can be a challenge for mushroom growing because of the heat, so we spend a lot of time managing the environment inside. We are a small team, and we mostly just talk to people who are interested in starting their own mushroom projects or buying cultures for their farms. It is not a glamorous job, and there is a lot of cleaning and sterilizing involved. We do not have any big marketing campaigns or flashy brochures. We just rely on the results of our work to speak for us. Being out in Pudukkottai is good because it keeps us focused on what the local growers actually need. We are just regular people who found a niche in the world of mycology and decided to make a go of it.
