Welcome Chemicals

Welcome Chemicals is located at 151 Chinna Subaraya Pillai Street. It’s one of those streets that has a lot of history to it, and our building has been part of that for a long time. It’s a narrow enough street, so you really have to keep an eye out for the number 151 or you might drive right past it. We’ve been dealing with all sorts of chemicals from this location for years now. The inside of the building is a bit of a maze with all the containers and boxes stacked up in different corners. It’s definitely not a modern corporate office by any means. We have old wooden shelves and a lot of history soaked into these walls. The people working here have been around for a long time too. We know our way around the inventory, even when it looks a bit messy to someone who isn't used to it. Being on Chinna Subaraya Pillai Street means we see a lot of the local life every single day. People passing by, scooters zig-zagging around the traffic—it’s a lively place to spend the day. We don’t do much in the way of marketing or big advertisements. Most of our customers are people who have been coming to us for years or folks who were told to find us by a friend. We just focus on getting the right chemicals to the people who need them for their work. It’s a simple business model, and we like it.
