Manatec

Our place is over at C- 22 and 23 in the Industrial Estate in Thattanchavady. It’s a typical industrial area, lots of noise and trucks coming in and out all day long. We’ve been set up here for a good amount of time now. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, but it’s where everything happens for us. Inside, it’s mostly just equipment and the team getting through the daily tasks. We spend a lot of our time on the floor, making sure everything is running like it should. Sometimes the heat in the estate gets to be a bit much, especially in the afternoons. We just drink plenty of water and keep going. It’s a practical environment. We aren't really the type to sit in meetings all day. Usually, we are busy fixing things or checking the inventory. People around the estate know us as Manatec. We get along well with the neighbors in the other units. It’s a hardworking community here in Thattanchavady. We focus on the jobs at hand and try to stay on top of the schedule. Every day brings something a little different, which keeps it interesting. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just do the work and let the results speak for themselves. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We like the grit of the estate and the people we see every morning.
