Jayamaruthi Traders

You can find us at Jayamaruthi Traders right on the Pondy Tindivanam Main Road. We’re located at 2/161 in the Nbr Mahal building, which is quite close to the BDO Office in Thiruchitrambalam at Koot Road. Being on the main road means we see a lot of traffic passing by throughout the day. We started this place to handle trading for the local community and people traveling through. It’s a straightforward setup where we keep our stock ready and try to stay organized. Most of our time is spent checking inventory or talking to folks who stop in. The shop isn't massive, but we make use of the space we have. Sometimes the road outside gets noisy with all the trucks and buses, but that’s the trade-off for being easy to find. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. If someone asks for directions, we usually just tell them to look for the BDO office and they find us easily enough. We keep regular hours, though sometimes we stay a bit later if a shipment is arriving. It’s a simple business without any bells and whistles. We’ve been here for a bit now and have gotten to know the regulars. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep the shelves filled with what people need. There is always something to do, whether it is counting stock or sweeping the front.
