Challenger Computers

If you climb up to the first floor at number 215 on Ambalathadayar Madam Street, you’ll find us working away. Challenger Computers has been part of the Pondicherry Bazaar scene for a while now. It’s usually pretty warm up here, so we keep the fans going all day while we look at motherboards and screens. The street outside is always buzzing with people shopping for clothes or food, but it’s a bit quieter once you get inside our shop. We spend most of our time fixing laptops or trying to help someone figure out why their desktop won't turn on. It’s not always easy work, especially when parts are hard to find, but we do what we can. The shop is filled with cables, old monitors, and tools scattered across the benches. We don't really bother with making the place look like a showroom because we’re too busy actually working on the machines. My cousin helps me out during the busy hours when everyone seems to drop off their broken tech at the same time. Pondicherry Bazaar is a great place to be, even if parking is a nightmare for our customers. We’ve seen a lot of shops come and go on this street, but we’re still here, just plugging away at the repairs. It’s a straightforward job and we like the people who come in. There’s always a new technical problem to solve every morning when we open the shop.
