Bricks & Blocks Factory

You can find the Bricks & Blocks Factory over on Bahour Road. We are at Plot No. 200, right on what people call Chetty Straight. It’s a long stretch of road and we’ve got a decent amount of space there for all the materials. The yard is pretty much always full of heavy blocks and different types of bricks. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and moving things around with the machinery we have. The sun beats down on the plot pretty hard most of the year, so we usually start our shifts as early as possible. Being on Bahour Road is convenient because it’s easy for the big trucks to find us. We don't have a fancy front desk or a receptionist. If you show up, you’ll probably find one of us covered in grit or grease near the back. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while and have gotten used to the noise from the road. The ground is mostly dirt and gravel, which can get a bit muddy when the rains come through. We just keep our heads down and get the blocks ready for whoever needs them. It’s a straightforward business without any of those big corporate policies. We just make sure the inventory is counted and the yard is somewhat tidy at the end of the day. It’s a lot of physical labor but it keeps us in shape and the business stays moving.
