Vsi Core Developers Private Limited is located out in Malak Harhar, Phaphamau. It's a bit away from the main city center of Allahabad, but we like it there. Our base is in the Sri Krishna Dev area. We mostly work on development projects around this side of town. It’s a lot of practical work, figuring out where things go and how to make them stay up. The team here is a mix of people who have lived in Allahabad their whole lives. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the buildings and the development work we have in front of us. Some days we are stuck in the office dealing with paperwork, but mostly we prefer being outside at the sites. Phaphamau is growing quite a bit, and we’ve been busy keeping up with the demand for new spaces. We don't try to be something we aren't. We’re just developers trying to do a decent job for the community. The office is usually a bit noisy with people coming in and out, but that’s how we like it. We know the local suppliers and the guys who do the heavy lifting. It's a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way. No big promises, just showing up and doing the work that needs to be done. It’s what we know best and we’ve been doing it for a while. It can get dusty and tired, but at the end of the day, we feel good about what we’ve built.
