You can find us at No. 4 on Dpc Banerjee Road in Allenganj, right off the main Sinhagad Road. It’s a bit of a mix of residential houses and small commercial spots around here. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a plain door and a small window. Inside, there are a couple of desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of maps and drawings pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of time talking to people about their housing needs or looking over site plans for new projects. It’s not always easy work because there are a lot of details to keep track of, but we’ve been doing it long enough that we have a good rhythm. We aren't the type of people to give you a big sales pitch or pressure you into anything. We’d rather just show you what is available and let the properties speak for themselves. Sometimes the traffic on Sinhagad Road makes it hard for people to get to us on time, so we’ve learned to be patient with the clock and the local pace. We drink a lot of tea while we work and there's usually a small radio playing softly in the corner. It's a comfortable enough place to spend the day. We try to keep things honest and clear so there aren't any surprises later on. It’s just a local office run by people who live right here in the community.
