Our place is located at 340/A in Nayapura Kareli, which is a busy part of Allahabad. Truearc Infra Private Limited is basically a local team that takes on different infrastructure projects nearby. We spend most of our time out on site or driving between different locations in the city. The office in Kareli is where we handle the books and talk to the guys about the next day's schedule. It gets pretty loud around here, and the traffic is always a bit of a mess, but we manage to get things done. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of offices across the state. It’s just us working with the tools and people we have. Sometimes things go smoothly, and sometimes we have to stay late to figure out a problem with a foundation or a drain. We don't use any big words to describe what we do; it’s just building and fixing things. We’ve seen Allahabad change a lot over the years, and we've had a small hand in some of that. Most of our tools are kept in the back, and there’s always someone coming in or out with a clipboard or a map. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anyone to greet you with a smile. If you need to find us, we are usually tucked away in the back working on the next set of plans. It’s practical work for people who don’t mind getting their hands dirty or working long hours.
