We are located over in the Shivkuti area of Allahabad, at 110 KA/10. It’s a fairly well-known part of town, not too far from the river if you go a bit further down. We work as developers, which keeps us pretty busy most of the year. Allahabad is an old city, so trying to develop new things here always has its challenges. You run into old pipes or narrow streets that make moving machinery a bit of a headache. Our office is a straightforward setup. We don't go for any of that modern corporate look. It’s just a place to get the work done and meet with our partners. We’ve been at this address for a while and the locals know us. We focus on getting things built properly. It takes a lot of patience, especially when you are waiting on materials or dealing with the local weather. Sometimes the rains stop everything for weeks, and you just have to wait it out. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a local group trying to make something of the land we have. It’s practical work. We don't spend much time on fancy websites or big ads. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are and what we’ve done in the past around Shivkuti. We just take it day by day and try to keep things moving forward without any unnecessary drama. It’s what we know how to do.
