Sri Vidya Properties & Developers (Opc) Private Limited is based at 1/312 Ambika Puram. This is in Shuklaganj, right near Gangaghat. We handle property and development stuff, which mostly means we spend a lot of time talking to people about land and houses. Being an OPC means it’s a smaller, more personal operation. We don’t have a giant headquarters with a fountain out front. We just have our office at 1/312 where we keep our files and meet with folks. Shuklaganj is a place where everybody kind of knows everyone else, so we try to keep things friendly. We look at a lot of plots and think about how they could be used better. Sometimes the paperwork for developing land is a real headache, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We’re not the type to use big sales pitches. If a piece of property is good, it usually speaks for itself. We just help with the details and make sure everything is handled the right way. Working near Gangaghat is nice because of the atmosphere. We’ve been here for a while and we plan to stay. Developing property is about more than just numbers on a page; it’s about the houses people eventually live in. We just take it day by day and try to do right by the people who come to us in Ambika Puram. It is a simple life and good work.
