Shri Veni Madhav Developers India Private Limited is based in Daraganj, over at 933/609 Buxi Khurd. Daraganj is an old part of the city, and it has a very specific feel to it that we really appreciate. We work on developing property in this area. It’s a lot of narrow streets and older buildings, so things can get quite complicated when you are trying to start something new. We spend our days meeting with locals and looking at potential sites for development. It’s not a corporate setup at all. Our office is just a plain room where we keep our files and meet people over tea. We don't have any fancy brochures or expensive signs. Most of our business comes from people we've known for a long time or through family connections. Developing land in an old city like this means you have to be careful and respect the existing structures that have been there for decades. We deal with a lot of paperwork and legal steps, which can be a real headache some weeks. There’s no big mission statement here. We just want to do decent work that doesn't cause problems for the neighbors. Sometimes the progress is slow because of the tricky location. We are used to that by now. We don't use high-tech gadgets for everything. A lot of it is just talking and measuring things out. It is a slow process but we enjoy being part of the history here.
