You can find us at Plot No. 338/65 A on Beniganj Road. We’ve been here in Beni Ganj, near GTB Nagar, for quite some time now. We do a mix of things, from consulting on land projects to doing the actual development work on the ground. It involves a lot of daily coordination. Our days are usually filled with meetings, either here at the office or out on a dusty site somewhere near the main road. We aren't the type of people who wear suits or sit in air conditioning all day. Most of the time we are in our regular work clothes because we’re out checking on construction progress or measuring out new plots. It gets busy around here, and there’s always a lot of noise from the traffic on Beniganj Road. We handle the technical side of things, like getting plans approved and making sure the builders are doing what they are supposed to. It’s not always easy, and there are often delays with materials or the weather, but we stick with it until the job is done. We know the Beniganj area really well. We’ve seen it change from mostly empty space to the busy neighborhood it is today. People come to us because they want someone who understands the local rules and doesn't give them a hard time. We just tell it like it is. If a project is going to take six months, we don't say three.
