We are Shabhvi Land Developers Private Limited. Our spot is at 45/1, South Lokpur, which is in the Naini area of Allahabad. It is usually pretty busy around here. We spend most of our mornings just getting through the files and talking to people who walk in from the street. Naini has changed a lot lately, and we see it happening every day from our office window. It gets really hot in the summer, so the ceiling fan stays on all day long. We deal with land stuff. People come in asking about plots or what is available nearby. Sometimes we just sit and have tea while waiting for the phone to ring. It’s not a fancy office, just a regular place where we get work done. We’ve been at this for a bit now. There is a lot of paperwork with land, as you probably know. You have to check the maps and the old records carefully. South Lokpur is a decent neighborhood. There’s a tea stall not far from us where we get snacks sometimes. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us here, answering questions and looking at site plans. Some days are slow and others we are running around Allahabad trying to get things sorted at various offices. That is just how it goes in this business. It takes a lot of patience to deal with all the different steps required. We just keep our heads down and focus on the land.
