Saransh Infotech

Saransh Infotech is our small shop at number three on Elgin Road in the Civil Line area of Allahabad. We are tucked right near the Kotak Mahindra Bank, which makes us pretty easy to find if you are walking around that part of town. We mostly handle computer stuff and various tech issues that people bring in. It isn't a huge operation, just a few of us in a room with our tools and spare parts. Civil Line is usually quite busy, especially with the bank being right there, so there are always people moving about outside. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a polished way of speaking. We just open the doors in the morning and see who needs help with their laptop or printer. The shop is a bit small, so it gets crowded quickly if more than two or three people come in at once. We’ve got shelves filled with old components and some new ones too. It feels like a real workspace because it is. We don't spend much time cleaning up for show. Our focus is just on the machines and getting them back to the people who need them. Residents in Allahabad know us as the local spot on Elgin Road where things get fixed. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It’s just a simple tech shop where we work hard and go home at the end of the day.
