Rudraksh Seva Sansthan

Our group is based out in Saidabad Block, specifically in the village of Dhokari. We are quite close to the main market, so there’s always a bit of a buzz around the area, especially on market days when everyone from the surrounding fields comes in. We started this sansthan to help out with things around the village and support the local community. It’s not a big corporate operation with shiny desks and computers. Mostly, it’s just a few of us sitting in a room, talking to people who come in with their problems or ideas. We do a lot of work with the local families, trying to make things a little easier where we can. The building is simple, just like everything else in Dhokari, and we don’t have much in the way of fancy signs. People usually find us just by asking around because everyone knows where the Seva Sansthan is located. Sometimes we are out in the village more than we are in the office, so the place might be locked up for a few hours while we go and check on a project. It’s a slow pace of life here compared to the city, but it feels right for the kind of work we do. We don’t really care about being famous or having a big name; we just want to do our part for the people who live here and keep things moving forward.
