Iqra Computers

Our shop is right here in Sarai Akil. We started Iqra Computers because there wasn't really a place nearby to get things fixed or to buy parts. It’s a small room filled with cables, monitors, and old keyboards. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out why a machine won't turn on. A lot of students come in when their laptops stop working right before an exam. We also do some printing and help people with their online forms because the internet can be tricky for some. It gets a bit dusty with all the fans running, but we keep at it. Some days are slow, just sitting around waiting for a customer, and other days three people walk in at once with broken screens. We aren't a big showroom or anything like that. Just a local spot where you can get your computer looked at without having to travel too far. We’ve been in Kaushambi for a bit now and people seem to know where to find us in Sarai Akil. We just try to get the jobs done so people can get back to their work. Sometimes we sell a mouse or a pen drive if someone needs one. It’s just a small shop for the neighborhood's basic needs. We don't have fancy lights or anything. We usually stay open late if there is a lot of repair work to finish.
