Our office is at 19, Tashkand Marg in Allahabad. If you know the city, you know Tashkand Marg is a pretty central place to be. It’s usually bustling with people and cars, so there is never a dull moment outside our windows. We’ve been running OPTION ONE INFRABUILD PRIVATE LIMITED from this spot for some time now. It’s a decent-sized space where we keep all our project files and blueprints. We aren't the type to have a polished corporate look; the office is full of samples, dusty folders, and coffee mugs. Most of our work involves the actual building process, so we spend more time out at the sites than we do sitting behind a desk. We’ve seen Allahabad change quite a bit over the years, and it’s interesting to be part of the building side of things. Sometimes clients come in and we just sit and talk through their ideas over a cup of tea. There isn't any high-pressure sales stuff here. We just tell people what we can do and how long it might take. Construction always has its fair share of delays and surprises, so we try to be realistic about things. It’s a busy life, moving between the office and the various project locations across the city, but we wouldn't have it any other way. It’s just what we do to earn a living and help the city grow a little bit more.
