The 211008 area is where we do most of our living and working. It’s a real place with real people, and our office reflects that. It isn't some glass tower; it’s just a practical space where we can meet and talk about building projects. We spend a lot of time out in the dust and the sun at the actual sites, so the office is mostly for the paperwork side of things. Construction is a messy business, and we don't try to hide that. There’s always something that needs fixing or a plan that needs a quick adjustment. We just take it as it comes. My boots are usually a bit muddy, and there’s always a stack of invoices waiting on the corner of the desk. We don’t bother with the high-level marketing talk because our work is right there for everyone to see in the brick and mortar. We like the local feel of being in Allahabad, and we know our neighbors. It’s about getting the walls up and the roofs on without a whole lot of fuss. We just keep our heads down, stay busy, and make sure we’re doing right by the folks who trust us with their projects. That's how we run things every day.
