About Osama Engineering Works – Engineering in Prayagraj
If you head down to 96- B in Daud Nagarnaini, you’ll find us. We’ve been running Osama Engineering Works for a long time. It’s a dusty place, full of metal scraps and heavy tools. You can usually hear the sound of welding or grinding from down the street. It isn’t pretty to look at, but it’s where we get things fixed. The floors are stained with oil, and we all have grease under our fingernails by lunch. We take on whatever mechanical or structural work comes through the door. Some days are slow, while others have us working late under the lights to finish a job. The neighbors in Daud Nagarnaini are mostly other small shops and families who’ve lived here forever. We know the regulars who stop by just to chat or ask for a quick weld on a broken gate. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a front office or a receptionist. You just walk in and talk to whoever isn't holding a torch at that moment. We rely on our hands and the old machines we’ve maintained over the years. It’s tough work, especially when it gets hot in the workshop during summer, but it’s what we do. We just focus on getting the parts right and making sure they hold up. There’s always something to be hammered out or cut to size here in the shop. It's noisy and messy, but it's home for us.
