We usually have our tea breaks together and just talk about everyday things. There’s no corporate jargon or big speeches about what we are doing. We are just a group of people at A 25 who show up to work and try to do a good job. It’s a simple, honest environment without any unnecessary complications. We’ve been here in Allahabad for a good stretch of time and we’re quite settled into the local way of things. It's just a normal office in a nice city.
