Our place is located at 95K/9K/1 in Nai Abadi, Chakiya, over in the G T B Nagar area of Allahabad. It’s a local neighborhood and we’ve been working out of here for a long time. Land development is what we focus on. This means a lot of time spent looking at plots, dealing with paperwork, and figuring out how to best use the space. Allahabad is a city where land is very important to people. We try to help with that process. It isn't always easy because the rules can be complicated and the heat in Uttar Pradesh is no joke during the summer. We spend a lot of time walking around different sites in G T B Nagar and other parts of the city. Our office is simple and practical. We don't have fancy furniture or a big reception. It's just a place to get the work done. We talk to people plainly about what can be done with their land. Sometimes the process is slow, especially with all the various things that need to be checked. We are just local folks who know the area well. We’ve seen Nai Abadi change quite a bit over the years. We just keep doing our daily tasks, from checking boundaries to meeting with people who want to develop their property. It’s straightforward work that keeps us busy from morning until evening. We just do the job that is right in front of us.
